How to prepare IMMUNE SUPER FOOD at home?

The recipe below is for one day consumption ya:

You need 2 slices of cactus, you can get it from supermarket, a slice is about $4, so 2 slices are $8. 

For Grape seeds, minimum you need 100 pcs a day, at least 2 boxes, which is about $10.
